From a Size 16 to Size 2

I was on Ideal Protein for 6 months and lost 65lbs, I began Ideal Protein wearing a size 16 and now I wear a size 2, I never would have believed that a thing called ketosis was going to make me feel so good. Loved the food and found the program extremely easy to follow in my busy life. I have been on maintenance for 2 months and have just gone through Christmas and I am still at my goal weight, not that my eating was perfect but Ideal Protein has taught me what to do when we overindulge and it works. I have personally done every diet out there and I believe that Ideal Protein was the easiest, fastest way to lose weight.

Lost my “baby weight”

The Ideal Protein diet works awesome! I was frustrated with all the weight I had gained from recently having a baby. I thought I would give it a try. I went on the diet. I lost 40lbs. It is a very rewarding diet because every few days when I weighed myself I lost more weight. I actually weigh less now than I did before I had my daughter. You also are taught how to eat after you come off the diet so you do not regain the weight. I went off the diet Dec. 23/13. It is now Jan. 18/14 and I have maintained my weight all along ( even over the Christmas holidays!) All you have to do is follow this diet and it will work for you too!

Ideal for Professionals

I am a very active business professional with little time to spend at the gym.  I needed a program that would help me get my weight under control and Ideal Protein provided an excellent solution. 

Ideal Protein not only provides a decent line of supplements to use in your diet but a scientifically proven method to healthy weight loss. What’s more, is the fact the program is about making good food choices. 

It should be noted that this program, like all programs, is not for everyone.  It requires you to have strong willpower and is a no cheat diet – you must follow the instructions provided to see the benefits.  However, once the weight starts coming off, this becomes much easier.  It is also fairly expensive but in comparison to the health issues that are caused by being overweight, it was well worth it.

Here’s to 70 pounds in 5 months!
